I am so sorry to hear this news. It is too cruel and shocking. A great loss. He was an outstanding and distinguished scholar. His analyses and writings on international drug policy were based on the most thorough research and showed deep and sensitive understanding. His work will live on - but at this time it is to his family that I send my heartfelt sympathy.
