He advocated this across Federal, State and local government here in Australia. People warmed to his pragmatic, honest position. We have lost one of the wisest people in drug prevention, a giant among giants! my deepest sympathy to Maarten and Frans's family, his Trimbos colleagues, and his colleagues the world over.
