Am in shock. Met Franz and his wonderful son Maarten in Melbourne Australia in 1997/98 along with my great friend David Stanley. Franz had a tremendous impact in Melbourne during an important time in drug policy reform in Australia. Maarten was a young lad at the time - what a gem. My deepest condolences.
