My thoughts are with you, Harold's family, on the loss of your dear Dad. I worked with Harold for many years with the City of Halifax. Come to work was easy for those of us who worked with Harold. The workplace was never dull, Harold hatching new ideas all for the betterment of the underprivileged. He had a great interest in everyone he met. I very fondly look back on these years as some of the best! RIP Harold
