I had the pleasure of working with Jared at BCBS and also attended several of his presentations at Agile events in RTP. Jared was warm and friendly and witty - always. He had a great talent for expressing empathy about a problem situation, and then offering positive steps forward. My prayers to his family on this tremendous loss.
