I am very saddened and shocked to hear the news of John's sudden passing. I have woked with John in B26 over the last couple of years helping him with matters to do with tenant recoverables. John was a lovely man who always made a point to say good morning and have a chat, even it it was a quick passing one. He always seemed happy and spritely and busy busy busy. I enjoyed our conversations about many different things from work to travel and family stuff. I recall one conversation we had and the joy and excitement he showed when telling me of a trip he had planned to help his son build a house in a third world country. He always had an interesting story. John you will be greatley missed and I offer my thoughts and condolences to Johns family at this sad time.
