Mark interviewed me the first time I joined SLC in 2010 and I can't believe we are never going to see him again. He was the nicest and most genuine person you could meet. I remember his excitement after Kai was born and we would always have conversations about how exhausting but amazing toddlers are. Even when he was completely sleep deprived, he always got on with his work with a smile.
