Mark will be dearly missed. In the short time that he was here at BWCH he had made a huge impact and knew exactly how he wanted to develop the service. He was very passionate about his family and work. I enjoyed our '10' minute chats that would last an hour and sometimes continued on our journey home, other times it was a silent journey to reflect on the day we had just had.
