Spencer family, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I worked with Nick during my time in London 2013-2016 on several projects to improve the refining business. He was always approachable, engaging and easy to work for. He possessed a sharp intellect and a keen sense of the refining business. I recently saw him in Nov 2019 by happenstance in Blaine Washington as we were staying at the same hotel and it was great to catch up with him just before our daily agendas at the Cherry Point refinery. It was a pleasure working for him and he will be very missed.
