I had the pleasure of working with Nick for about 7 years whilst at the Whiting Refinery. Nick also served as the Executive Sponsor for the BP African-American network. Nick was always a positive and uplifting leader who was good to work with and work for. He was always calm, cool and comfortable and never appeared to have his feathers ruffled! He would always avail himself to me, even when he was extremely busy doing leadership types things, which was clearly a commitment to people. He had a knack for always making people feel valued and appreciated! I am so sorry for Eve, Robert and Richard, for I am certain that the world has lost a great man, a wonderful leader and an outstanding person! RIH, Nick!
