Picture this, the Whiting refinery is in full modernization mode and your dad is crazy busy running a business. He worked incredibly long hours everyday. Yet when two high school seniors ask if they could meet with him and talk about engineering he made time to talk. My son Luke and his friend Tyler loved meeting your dad. He made them feel comfortable as they laughed and talked about British comedies, Top Gear and the love of cars, and to be easy about school and life.
Your dad was an outstanding guy who took time to say hello and made others feel important. Your dad will be greatly missed. May the love of family and reading about him help you through this difficult time. Many prayers are being said for you both.
