I enjoyed the rich technical moments with Nick when challenging SAPREF and during our QPRs. One thing about Nick is that he had a poker face, you never know as you present if you're going in the right direction or not. I learned to calibrate myself whenever he folds his hands and leans against the chair.
Nick was genuine leader who cared about people on a personal level beyond the work and was always available to provide support.
