I have had the pleasure to work with Nick for many years. His dry wit and steady approach were his trademarks and made working with him fun. He had a deep appreciation of the business and was happy to listen. One of my fond memories was a development discussion that he and I shared about an employee that I was mentoring. Nick was really supported the development of our teams and was willing to spend time with them. He agreed to take some time for the individual, who shared with me later his surprise and real joy that he had been able to talk to Nick about his development. He will be missed.
