I was so very sad to learn of Nick's passing. I always enjoyed working with Nick from the very start of his BP career as the Refinery Manager at Whiting. He was such a deep thinker with a clear passion for learning as was demonstrated by the number of leadership books he kept on his shelves. As the accountant in the various leadership teams on which Nick and I were both members I loved the fact that he had a deeper eye for detail than me.
