I worked with Nick during the development of the Leading in Operations programme. What became immediately clear is Nick's passion for Operations and development of people. Nick's deep operational knowledge coupled with his commitment for learning has left a program which will benefit people and BP for decades to come. His gentle and kind approach will be remembered.
