This is awful news. My sincere condolences to Nick's family. Nick and I were located near each other in the SJS offices. He always struck me as a thoroughly decent human being and a consummate professional. His calm style of leadership, coupled with a deep command of his subject, left an indelible impression on BP's refining world.
