Brad and i worked together for many years. we became more like brothers, a squabble here a laugh there and always loyal friends. He was one of the most knowledgeable boat guys i have ever known but much more. Always with a smile and eager to help.
We had many great adventures, trips to China, boating up the inside passage as he kept putting Furthur together along the way, and front row seats for the Rolling Stones. Some crazy times too, taking the first 57 Selene off the ship and thru the locks with no gear controls- me on the bridge and Brad stattleing the transmission with walkie talkies, forward, no reverse reeverse!! and we made it.
I will think of Brad often. he memories are everywhere on Furthur, so he will always be with us on our adventures.
