I have had the pleasure meeting Tatiana during a conference focusing on National Urban Policies in Paris in 2017, and indeed, it feels like knowing her forever. We hd long walks and talks in the evening, that were followed by a training on urban legislation in to London and a joint mission to Tashkent... She has been a very inspiring colleague to all, and particularly to our counterparts, and during the World Urban Forum in 2020 in Abu Dhabi, with her support, we were able to mobilse a wide stakeholder group from Central Asia and the CIS countries as well as the Russian Federation to attend.
Kind hearted and warm, professional and dedicated. That is how we got to know you... Tatiana, it has been a great pleasure getting to know you and in this spirit we shall continue to work and keep you engaged (in spirit) in the future.
The colour blue will remind me of you forever, recalling a conversation on your favourite colour! As well as walking through the streets of Berlin, my hometown. You enjoyed classical as well as contemporary music as well as literature. And we had many conversations about great concerts in Berlin....
