I am deeply saddened to learn of Thomas' passing. I had the great pleasure to meet Thomas in person at the SAFE Workshop in Addis Ababa in 2019. As with countless others in the humanitarian energy space, I remain inspired by his vision, dedication, and preverance in building a vibrant network and community of practice.
