I am shocked and deeply saddened at this news. Part of the UNHCR team, I have been working with Thomas on the Clean Energy Challenge. I remember Thomas as one of the kindest, most respectful, and respected colleagues I have ever worked with. May his soul rest in peace. My sincere condolences to his family and loved ones.
