It is so sad to hear this news. I met Thomas several times during my PhD research, when I used to contribute to the GPA group activities. We met in Brussels, Kigali,... He was so energetic and committed to the cause. He will be missed by the whole humanitarian energy community and beyond. My deepest condolences to his family and friends.
