The GIZ PDP and ESDS teams are deeply shocked by the sudden news of Thomas’ passing away. Our sincere condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues. We had the privilege of working with Thomas since 2018 on our joint vision of decarbonising humanitarian infrastructure and were not only impressed by his passion and ingenuity in forwarding this cause but will also remember him as a very kind and professional person.
