I was shocked and sad to hear about Alan and send my condolences to his family on their loss. I knew Alan as head of CCCLS both while I was an employee, then as a Board member and briefly as an employee again. Alan was a hard working and dedicated leader of the Board who showed compassion and understanding in difficult times and could often see the lighter side of things while working through situations. He was a great leader and will be missed.
