The first time we met, you had driven over 3hrs to attend a regional Maize Trial Open Day in North Wales, not only to learn more for yourself but to meet new people within the Business that you had recently joined. That dedicated approach to your new role never wavered, and your hunger to learn more to better yourself and become the best support to your customers was a pleasure to witness. I was so excited for the future you had before you, which you were developing under your own steam and with the willing support from those around you. You often said that you had learnt a lot from me, but looking back, I cannot begin to tell you how much you taught me through working alongside you. You were the last person I spoke to before I left for the Christmas break and our conversation was, as ever, filled with positivity and laughter... I will miss our time together greatly. Go steady and I'll see you another day.
