What an amazing man, from the very first time i met him I knew he was a kind, generous and caring individual. He was so kind to me in my early days in the RTM role and my time in Birmingham was made easier with his kind words and hilarious sarcasm. I was so proud to find out that he along with colleagues was starting Specsavers first LGBT group/community, and i couldn't wait for Prism to start and for us to wave our Rainbow flags together, your an inspiration. You made a massive impact and you will be truly missed.
To Neil, family and friends my thoughts are with you at this sad time.
