I have been Nick's next door neighbour and friend for more or less 14 years. Over the years we had become closer. My wife Sue and myself visited him in the past when he was based in Abu Dhabi and Chicago. We shared a love of food and we would go out with him and Eve to the local pubs and Mr India Nick and I would always challenge ourselves when walking for long hours in the Chilterns and enjoy exchanging thoughts and ideas. Nick Spencer

Our great friend and former colleague, Nick Spencer, has sadly passed away. Nick left BP at the end of March, and his death has come as a great shock to us all. We are truly sorry and cannot possibly comprehend the grief that Nick’s partner Eve, and his sons Richard and Robert, are feeling right now. We would like to share your memories, stories and anecdotes of Nick and his time at BP with his family. Nick was a much-loved colleague, and we appreciate your support to help his family through this extremely difficult time.
