He showed interest in every topic, was a good listener and would be happy to share his experience in a constructive way. I bumped into him on one of his last days in the office and we had a lovely conversation. I thanked him for everything he had done for refining and for all of us. We had a laugh, talked about what he would do next and agreed to stay in touch. I will miss him and am so sorry for all the family, my thoughts are with you all.
