Dear family Spencer, since I read the news this morning, I have Nick on my mind...I am deeply sad about you loosing your husband
and father- I met Nick when he came to Gelsenkirchen and I admired
him how professionally he managed through that challenge, calmy,
focused on safety, people and business results and at the same time
he had a dry and very funny humor. He is a very special man and
leader who I will always remember. I probably can only imagine the
beginning of your feelings... but please allow me via this way to
