He demonstrated his love of children showing patience and kindness when playing with them. He was always supportive and encouraging to our children Hayley and Sion. He was always interesting to talk to especially when talking about his travels to Patagonia the Cameroons and of course Japan.In recent years I have been involved with Bill as a member of the Labour party and was impressed with his commitment which encouraged me to become more involved.
I am extremely sad by his passing and I am sure he will be hugely missed by his family and colleagues in the various organisations with which he was involved. My sincere condolences.
