I was reminded by a fellow course mate from the MSc how he would know the names of all students. And I can only imagine the 100's/1000's of MSc students who have shared drinks with him on the Wednesday afternoon after a visiting speaker or down at the Southside bar in the evening. I loved the MSc course, and Nigel epitomised the spirit and culture of a brilliant institution. In my thoughts and prayers. My condolences to the family in this time of reflection, and gratitude for his life of service and incredible commitment.
