We are shocked by this terrible news. Only a few months ago, Thomas and his family were over at our place. I sincerely want to offer my condolences, also on behalf of my wife Francis. Especially to his wife, son and daughters. I have come to know Thomas in 2016, when we were both on the UNCTAD file at our respective missions. I was very glad to reconnect with him when we were once again working on shared files in the past two years. I have come to know Thomas as a very kind, warm, and honest colleague. He will be dearly missed.
