What a terrible loss to all of us. My thoughts are with Thomas' family. The humanitarian energy community has lost a leader but more than that we have lost a humane, thoughtful, kind and inspirational human being much too soon. The news came as a shock to me, as just last week I was so happy to see Thomas at the environment and humanitarian action meeting, where we sat next to each other and caught up on things big and small. What an unreal feeling and how unfair. He touched so many, and his immense legacy will live on. My very deepest condolences to the family and strength in this time of tragedy.
