Thomas was the force behind the creation of the GPA which has been a close partner to Practical Action during the last 6 years and of which we are a steering committee member.
Thomas's drive has been vital to the development of the humanitarian energy sector. He was a close friend to Practical Action, and our collaboration culminated in co -organizing the Humanitarian Energy conference in Kigali last year.
Many of our colleagues in the UK and Rwanda have had many professional and personal exchanges with Thomas during the last year and held him in very high regard.
All at Practical Action send their sincere condolences to Thomas' family, friends and close colleagues.
